Ichie Emmanuel I. Okwuosa is a distinguished Nigerian entrepreneur, US-trained Accountant, and Software Project Manager with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His illustrious career spans 34 years with the State of California, where he served under eight governors and held senior management positions, overseeing multi-billion-dollar software automation projects for a major state department.
In addition to his public service, Mr. Okwuosa operated several successful businesses in the United States, including licensed residential care facilities, importation and exportation of custom-building materials, and beauty supply stores. He is a founding member of numerous charity organizations, including the Ihiala National USA (INUSA), Anambra Association of Nigerians (ASCAN), Sacramento Association of Nigerians (SAN), Africa Diaspora Health Foundation (ADHF), and Signa Health Foundation.
At the age of 32, Mr. Okwuosa experienced kidney failure caused by malaria during a visit to Nigeria. His recovery, thanks to access to advanced medical care in the United States, instilled in him a profound gratitude and a lifelong commitment to giving back. Since 2020, he has personally invested over $3 million in establishing an ultra-modern medical facility in Nigeria to provide affordable healthcare to underserved communities.
